About The Position

EarnIn is seeking a highly organized and strategic Senior Creative Program Manager to build the systems, workflows, and tools that enable our Creative team to do their best work. As the operational backbone of the Creative team, you’ll ensure work moves efficiently from concept to delivery—allowing creatives to stay focused on creating exceptional work. Working closely with the Head of Strategic Brand and the rest of the marketing team, this role brings structure and organization to a fast-moving environment. You’ll streamline processes, manage resourcing and timelines, establish and integrate new tools, and maintain visibility across stakeholders. Acting as the grease that keeps the creative cogs turning, you’ll drive operational excellence and enable EarnIn’s brand expression to show up with quality, consistency, and impact. This is a highly organized, operational role ideal for someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity, loves connecting dots between people, tools, and processes, and has a deep appreciation for and interest in enabling creative work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative operations, production management, or traffic management within a marketing, design, or advertising organization.
  • Proven ability to manage and scale multiple complex creative projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized and proactive with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com.
  • Demonstrated success driving operational efficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a technology, fintech, or high-growth startup environment.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems and marketing technology platforms.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, brand campaigns, and performance creative production workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Workflow Management: Own the day-to-day creative workflow from intake through delivery, ensuring requests are documented, prioritized, assigned, tracked, and completed on time.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the operational point of contact for the marketing team and other teams and partners to route requests, manage feedback cycles, and keep communication clear and documented.
  • Work Intake & Project Pipeline: Manage creative intake across teams, ensure briefs are complete and standardized, and coordinate work assignment across the creative team in partnership with Creative and Marketing leads. Build and maintain project plans and timelines, track milestones and dependencies, follow up on deadlines, and proactively flag risks or bottlenecks.
  • Status Tracking & Reporting: Maintain project trackers and generate regular status updates on active work, deadlines, and capacity for Creative and Marketing partners.
  • Brand & Quality Checks: Ensure required reviews are completed and assets meet documented brand, messaging, legal, and production standards before delivery.
  • AI Tools & Process Transformation: Identify operational inefficiencies within creative workflows and asset management, evaluate AI-powered tools, and lead implementation to replace or streamline manual processes.
  • AI Adoption & Enablement: Drive adoption of AI tools by configuring systems, updating workflows, creating documentation, and training creative and marketing partners on day-to-day usage. Implement AI and automation solutions for intake, project tracking, asset tagging, version control, reporting, and handoffs to improve speed, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Asset & Deliverables Tracking: Track all creative deliverables across projects, channels, and formats, ensuring assets are correctly named, versioned, and accounted for throughout their lifecycle.
  • Digital Asset Management (DAM): Own the implementation, organization, and ongoing maintenance of a centralized DAM using Shade, ensuring assets are searchable, properly tagged, version-controlled, and accessible across the company.
