Amazon Leo is seeking an experienced Creative Program Manager to own end-to-end creative production for both internal and external stakeholders. This role serves as the critical interface between internal partners and external agencies, while implementing AI-enhanced solutions to drive efficiency and scalability in creative operations. A day in the life As a Creative Program Manager at Amazon Leo, you'll orchestrate creative development across brand campaigns, product launches, major events like re:Invent and CES, PR communications, and internal initiatives including Amazon All-Hands meetings. You'll lead creative briefings with cross-functional teams—PMMs, Product, PR, Events—translating requirements into compelling creative direction for agency partners. Your day balances strategic agency management—reviewing concepts, providing decisive feedback, negotiating timelines across competing priorities—with building scalable creative operations infrastructure like design systems, intake processes, and templated workflows. You'll present production insights to senior leadership, championing process improvements that enable world-class brand experiences connecting communities worldwide.
