Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution and ongoing maintenance of in-store and window displays in alignment with company directives and brand standards.
  • Ensure visual storytelling is compelling, elevated, and responsive to business performance and customer shopping behavior.
  • Oversee visual maintenance across the fleet to ensure consistency and excellence at all times.
  • Partner with the Senior Director of Visual Merchandising on window displays from ideation through execution, leading sourcing, planning, and facilitation.
  • Collaborate on concepting and executing seasonal showroom presentations and innovative displays for collaborations and new category launches.
  • Update and refresh windows as needed based on business performance and marketing priorities.
  • Work closely with the Director of Visual Merchandising to source local materials, contractors, and vendors for new store openings.
  • Lead purchasing and logistics for props, furniture, mannequins, and visual tools required for openings and refreshes.
  • Support Marketing with collaboration activations, events, and in-store moments.
  • Partner with the Creative team on bi-annual fashion presentations in key markets.
  • Ensure all VM communications are accurate, timely, and clearly communicated to stores.
  • Review and analyze business performance to inform floor updates and visual changes.
  • Manage budgets, monitor costs, and ensure all projects are delivered within budget parameters.
  • Travel to key markets for store visits, installs, and visual reviews.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and new ways of working to enhance efficiency and execution.
