KarmaLab is Reddit’s in-house creative strategy team. We partner with brands and internal sales teams to create Reddit-first creative that is culturally fluent, strategically sound, and built to perform at scale. As a Senior Creative Program Manager, you will be responsible for how creative work gets done. You’ll lead complex creative programs from intake to launch, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to ambitious ideas. This role sits at the center of creative, strategy, production, and sales, ensuring work moves efficiently without compromising quality. You’ll own program delivery, vendor orchestration, localisation, and operational systems, helping KarmaLab scale its impact across markets. You’re not just managing timelines, you’re solving problems, improving how teams work, and building repeatable models that raise the bar for the entire organization. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, thinks proactively, and sees operational excellence as a creative advantage. More about you… You’re a solutions-oriented program leader who knows how to run complex creative work without slowing it down. You bring calm, clarity, and momentum to fast-moving environments and take pride in building programs that help teams do their best work. You’re comfortable working across regions, disciplines, and levels of seniority, and you see process, vendors, and localisation as tools to unlock better creativity, not obstacles to it. You see production not just as execution, but as a creative and operational advantage. You are, at the core, a solutions person.
