About The Position

Designers play a critical role in shaping how Zocdoc is visually experienced across digital channels. This role is responsible for developing high-quality, brand-aligned design work that supports both product and marketing initiatives. By translating strategic goals into compelling visual assets, a Designer ensures consistency across all touchpoints, strengthens brand recognition, and helps communicate Zocdoc’s mission with clarity and creativity to both internal teams and external audiences.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or a related major.
Experience: 5+ years of experience as a visual designer in agency or in-house settings.
Specialized knowledge: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Skills and abilities: Strong compositional design skills, proactive communication, comfortable in collaborative settings, has a self-starting mindset and endless curiosity.

Responsibilities

Implement visual branding guidelines across various channels.
Create marketing collateral, including digital campaigns, website graphics, and program materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in all communications.
Design selected user interface elements and prepare visual assets for digital products.
Maintain and update design libraries and assets.
Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and design tools.
