The Senior Creative Account Manager is a relationship-builder who deeply understands clients’ business goals and proactively brings smart, scalable gifting strategies to life. This role combines sales leadership, creative thinking, and a strong command of Brilliant’s gifting solutions to drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and deliver exceptional client experiences. The manager will own client relationships and project success from concept to delivery, independently guiding complex gifting campaigns while ensuring clarity and collaboration across all functions. They serve as a trusted gifting advisor to both enterprise-level clients and internal teams, spotting opportunities, influencing decision-making, and ensuring every gifting initiative is set up to deliver revenue, margin, and long-term success.
