As our first dedicated technology transactions and strategic partnerships attorney, you will lead and scale Reflection’s commercial legal function. This is a high impact, high visibility role: you will design the legal and commercial frameworks underpinning Reflection's go-to-market and partnerships strategy. You will also have primary responsibility for all core commercial contracts, complex technology transactions (including GPU compute, data center infrastructure, and cloud partnerships), enterprise and sovereign-scale customer deals, strategic alliances, data-licensing arrangements, and intellectual property matters tied to the development and commercialization of frontier open-weights models. Success will require deep cross-functional collaboration. You will partner with research, engineering, product, partnerships, GTM, infrastructure, and operations teams to structure deals, assess risk, and negotiate agreements that enable Reflection to responsibly build and distribute open frontier models globally.
