About The Position

This position involves managing a variety of corporate services and facilities-related tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both internal personnel and external vendors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role with data analyzing and contracts review.
  • PowerBI experience is a must.
  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookups.
  • Experience in contract review, focusing on financial and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Review corporate documents and communications for accuracy and ensure a consistent message across the organization.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with the boards of directors, providing them with necessary updates and documentation in advance of meetings.
  • Work closely with department teams, including Human Resources, Information Technology, and Corporate Services.
  • Provide support for various corporate services, including office equipment and supplies management, procuring furniture, and fleet management.
  • Assist in the development of operational budgets, ensure expenses are controlled, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, implement any necessary changes, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage insurance-related tasks ensuring that all policies are up-to-date and that the organization is adequately covered.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts, monitor service quality, and ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.
  • Oversee the maintenance and operations of the facility, including office spaces, Conference Center, and common areas, ensuring the building is well-maintained, clean, and safe.
