Job Summary: Reporting to the Director, Internal Communications, the Sr. Specialist, Corporate Communications will drive key business priorities that inspire, inform and engage a diverse workforce of more than 33,000+ team members across our 250+ clubs, seven distribution centers and our club support center headquarters office in Marlborough, MA. Responsibilities will include supporting the development and execution of communications strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging and timely execution of deliverables, drafting internal communications content and managing team member events. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer, creative storyteller and innovative strategist, adept in developing print, online, video, social media and in-person communications. In this highly collaborative role and fast-paced environment, this person must be organized and flexible, attentive to detail with great time management skills and work well cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders from other internal teams.
