We are seeking an experienced strategic and collaborative internal communications professional to drive the development and execution of impactful corporate communications strategies as part of a dynamic; results oriented with the First Horizon Corporate Communications Team. This role is instrumental in delivering critical information that supports key business objectives, cultivates associate engagement and understanding of primary drivers and reinforces our commitment to an exceptional client experience. Partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, this role is responsible for creation and delivery of clear, consistent and compelling communications through different channels that strengthens associate alignment, guides through organizational change and promotes a high-performing culture. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in building communications strategies, remaining nimble while managing change and complex projects under tight deadlines, problem solving capabilities, creative thinking skills, embracing collaboration and teamwork and understanding the importance of keeping associates and leaders informed, connected and supported.
