About The Position

As the Laserfiche Senior Corporate Accountant, you’ll be at the center of our financial reporting excellence, owning complex accounting activities and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our numbers across the company. In this key role, you will spearhead month‑end close, global consolidations, and compliance with both US GAAP and IFRS, partnering closely with leaders across the business. Reporting directly to the Controller, you’ll also play a vital mentorship role—guiding junior team members, elevating team capabilities, and driving process improvements that support our growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including in a Saas/multinational company, with hands-on consolidation and IFRS exposure.
  • Advanced knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, with expertise in consolidations, foreign currency, and SaaS specific accounting
  • Superior communication skills for presenting financial information to stakeholders in a hybrid/global environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage priorities.
  • Expertise in accounting and SaaS CPQ, CRM software (e.g., QuickBooks Enterprise, NetSuite, Salesforce, Zuora, etc.) and advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information

Responsibilities

  • Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes, including preparation of complex journal entries, account reconciliations, and intercompany eliminations.
  • Perform in-depth reconciliations and analysis of balance sheet and P&L accounts, identifying and resolving variances.
  • Own core accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.
  • Manage revenue accounting efforts, including ASC 606 compliance for SaaS contracts, deferred revenue, and performance obligations.
  • Oversee consolidations for international entities, applying IFRS where applicable and ensuring accurate currency translations.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and system enhancements for efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, providing comprehensive support and schedules for audits and reviews.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to management on operational efficiencies.
  • Mentor and review work of junior accountants, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
