You are responsible for partnering with marketing and creative on concept development, shaping campaign narratives, and elevating the quality of storytelling across Nav’s marketing. You don’t just execute against briefs — you help define them. You partner directly with marketing stakeholders and senior designers to develop ideas from the ground up, translating business and product strategy into compelling, insight-driven creative. This role requires a balance of conceptual thinking, strategic translation, and exceptional craft, with ownership over how messaging comes to life across channels.
