About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to shape global brand storytelling through high-impact campaigns that connect science, creativity, and culture. As a Senior Copywriter, you will lead the development of compelling 360° campaign narratives across digital, retail, and experiential channels, from ideation to execution. You will play a central role in major product launches and high-visibility retail moments, influencing customer journeys at scale. Working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will partner closely with creative, brand, and cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class copy. This position is ideal for a creative thinker energized by momentum, innovation, and seeing bold ideas come to life quickly. You will help elevate brand voice, drive commercial performance, and inspire global audiences through thoughtful storytelling.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional copywriting experience, including 2+ years in a senior-level creative role.
  • Proven expertise in campaign development, brand storytelling, and full-funnel creative execution.
  • Strong experience writing retail and marketplace copy, with a preference for Sephora and/or major e-commerce platforms.
  • Demonstrated success leading integrated campaigns from concept to delivery at scale.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and conceptual thinking skills, supported by a strong creative portfolio.
  • Ability to adapt brand voice across platforms while preserving authenticity and consistency.
  • Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills in cross-functional environments.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-volume settings with tight deadlines and global time zone coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of global campaign concepts, brand storytelling, video scripts, and cross-channel copy for product launches and evergreen initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact copy for key commercial channels, including retail marketplaces, paid media, DTC platforms, education, and out-of-home.
  • Own localization, translation, and regulatory review processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across global markets.
  • Maintain and evolve brand voice across platforms, ensuring authenticity, clarity, and creative excellence.
  • Leverage consumer insights and market trends to inform strategic storytelling and creative direction.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, brand, project management, and cross-functional partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high creative standards.
