Job Title Senior Contract Administrator About your role: As a Senior Contract Administrator, you provide responsive, professional contracting support across a wide range of transactions. You partner with sales, legal, finance, security, operations, and product teams to prepare, edit, and manage transaction documents that drive client satisfaction and help Fiserv meet financial targets. Your work strengthens deal execution while expanding your product knowledge and problem-solving skills. What you'll do: Prepare and edit single-purpose documents, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), statements of work (SOWs), amendments, and letters. Draft initial sections of complex commercial agreements using standard documentation and clause libraries tailored to unique deal terms. Manage and maintain form contract templates and clause banks to ensure accuracy and consistency. Review contract terms against templates, identify deviations, and escalate for legal review when required. Support sales teams to create and verify contract terms; interpret business and legal terms during and post-contracting. Coordinate cross-functional input and approvals across sales, finance, operations, security, and product teams; ensure final copies are saved and stored appropriately. Conduct targeted research and stay current on Fiserv products, industry trends, and contracting best practices. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in contract administration or legal operations supporting commercial transactions.
  • Experience drafting, redlining, and reviewing commercial agreements using standard templates and clause libraries.
  • Experience partnering with sales or go-to-market teams to operationalize contract terms and approvals across finance, operations, security, and product.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF editing tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat) to produce and manage contract documents.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with financial services, payments, or technology contracts, including software license and software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription agreements.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and workflow configuration.
