We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and highly skilled Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead our content engine and elevate the B2Gnow brand across every channel. Our customers, and the markets we serve, include some of the largest and most complex public sector organizations in North America. This role owns our end-to-end content strategy and is critical in driving awareness, engagement, pipeline growth, and long-term customer advocacy.. You’ll be a master storyteller who can transform complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives that fuel demand, support revenue growth, and strengthen our market presence. You’ll collaborate with a diverse and talented team, leverage modern marketing tools and technologies, and build a world-class content program that fuels demand generation, supports customer expansion, and strengthens our brand presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of content marketing experience, ideally in govTech or B2B SaaS.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in managing editorial/content calendars and executing multi-channel strategies
  • Skilled at collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong understanding of the B2G / B2B buyer journey, lead funnel stages, and SaaS sales cycles.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate into actionable insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, HubSpot/Pardot, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned to business goals and mapped to the full buyer journey
  • Build and own the content calendar, ensuring timely planning, creation, review, and delivery of all content assets.
  • Lead and maintain brand, logo, and messaging guidelines to ensure consistency across all internal and external communications.
  • Maintain a centralized content library and ensure stakeholders have access to the latest materials.
  • Own corporate messaging, including drafting and managing press releases in partnership with marketing leadership and PR Newswire distribution.
  • Create, edit, and oversee production of a wide range of content formats including blogs, website copy, case studies, press releases, thought leadership pieces, eBooks, whitepapers, and campaign assets.
  • Develop event-specific content to support conferences, webinars, tradeshows, and hosted events.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of press releases, from ideation and drafting to approvals and distribution.
  • Manage the SEO vendor partnership, draft content, and oversee optimizations, and performance improvements.
  • Develop high-impact content that maximizes ROI for tradeshows, conferences, and industry events—including pre-event promotion, on-site messaging, and post-event follow-up.
  • Manage and write speaking engagement abstracts for internal subject matter experts at B2Gnow and industry events
  • Provide content support for integrated GTM initiatives and marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with demand generation to build email nurtures, landing pages, and other conversion-focused assets.
  • Work with product, sales, design, and leadership teams to align content with strategic priorities and maintain brand consistency.
  • Define and track content performance metrics, including engagement, SEO performance, pipeline influence, and content utilization—to continuously improve impact and guide future strategy.
