This role spans two areas of critical need: central content design work that sets the standards and systems the whole discipline depends on, and end-to-end ownership of Loyalty and Partnerships surfaces, including programs like Lyft Pink, Lyft Cash, and integrations with partners like United, DoorDash, and Hilton. We're looking for a Senior Content Designer who can move fluidly between defining how we write and designing the experiences where that writing lives, all while bringing a genuine fluency with AI tools and AI-driven content to the team. This role sits within Design Foundations and partners closely with product, engineering, and design leads across the company.
