About The Position

The Senior Consultant, Talent and Organizational Development, is responsible for the expansion and oversight of all talent development and organizational development initiatives. This role partners with a variety of health system business leaders, HR professionals and staff to execute on people-related strategies including organizational design, employee engagement, leadership development, change management, performance management, and succession planning. This role is instrumental in helping to align all development opportunities and human resources strategies with increased organizational performance.
