The Senior Consultant, Enterprise Workforce Planning will lead the enterprise-wide workforce planning initiatives—designing forecasting models, scenario planning tools, and analytics to inform strategic talent decisions at the executive level. Partner with HR, Finance, and operational leaders to embed workforce planning into long-term strategies, identify enterprise capability gaps, and deliver actionable recommendations. Mentor junior staff and champion workforce planning best practices.
