Client Delivery: Support a program management office (PMO) for utility clients undertaking complex, transformational programs, including driving resolution of risks and issues, identification of interdependencies, execution of detailed reporting, support of schedule and critical path activities, and effective communication and collaboration across the West Monroe and client team Act as or support the Project Manager in developing project plans, milestones, estimates, and structure on small, medium, or large engagements. Gather business process and technical requirements through workshops with client personnel to develop business process/ technical documentation deliverables including requirements, process maps and key performance indicators within electric, water, or gas utility initiatives. Participate and drive activities within a team of software/solution implementation, systems integration, and business consultants. Contribute to the Energy & Utilities consulting practice through methodology development and refinement, supporting proposals, and contributing to internal communities within the practice and across West Monroe.
