OVERVIEW Alera Group is looking for an Employee Benefits Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you'll focus on building and growing employee benefits business by developing strong client relationships and delivering consultative, value-driven solutions. You'll partner closely with internal service teams and Alera specialists to bring thoughtful strategies to market, helping clients attract, retain, and support their employees through competitive benefits programs. You'll be trusted to lead conversations, understand client needs, identify opportunities, and guide prospects and clients toward solutions that align with their business goals—while representing Alera Group's collaborative, client-first approach.
