About The Position

As a Senior Consultant in our Business Strategy team, you will work with leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) & Retail companies to drive their data-driven transformation. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping them understand their business needs, identify high-impact analytical use cases, and optimize data processes. This strategic role requires a balance of deep domain knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to bridge the gap between business goals and technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in business consulting, data strategy, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of CPG industry challenges, key business processes, and industry-specific use cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leaders.
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business strategies and needs into actionable data insights.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in or with the CPG or Retail industry is preferred.
  • Experience working with analytics products as a Product Manager or Product Owner is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Roadmap Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-value use cases and develop strategic roadmaps for analytical implementation that align with client priorities.
  • Product Management: Serve as a Product Manager for strategic developments, guiding stakeholders through prioritization, managing risk, and defining features to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build trust and communication between business and development teams, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
  • Business Process Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of client business processes to provide expert guidance on development decisions and proposals.
  • Solution Guidance: Evaluate and recommend data providers, technological solutions, and advanced tools. Interpret insights and present outcome recommendations to improve client strategy.
  • Process Improvement: Define and execute data & analytics process improvement roadmaps to optimize the impact and efficiency of the client’s analytics lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Lead small project teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.
