The Senior Conference and Event Services Manager will lead the planning and execution of complex conference, group, and catering events for Wildflower Farms while providing strategic oversight across the entire event lifecycle. This role is responsible for managing high-value programs, mentoring and guiding event service team members, and serving as a senior operational partner to Sales, Food & Beverage, and resort leadership. The Senior Conference and Event Services Manager will ensure seamless execution from event vision and concept through planning, budget management, on-site execution, and post-event reporting while upholding Auberge service standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
