As a Senior Compensation Consultant, you will use your discretion and expertise to deliver advanced compensation analytics and strategic consultation that directly support MFS’s business and talent goals. This person will take ownership of complex compensation projects and initiatives, transforming data, policies, and market trends into clear, actionable recommendations that empower leaders to make informed decisions. Collaboration is key in this role, as you’ll work closely with Compensation leadership, HR, Finance, and other partners to ensure our compensation programs and practices remain effective, consistent, and fully aligned with MFS’s Compensation Philosophy.
