Assists in the development of employee compensation programs that support organizational objectives, fit organizational culture and facilitate attracting, retaining, rewarding high performance employees. Consults with HR and organizational management to provide compensation recommendations and options that align with the overall structure of the BCBSSC organization. Conducts analysis of job content and job worth to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance. Makes recommendations regarding salary ranges for multiple job families. Participates in market surveys. Description Location: This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday in a typical office environment. This role is onsite at 51 Clemson Rd. Columbia, SC.
