Hanna Resource Group, a human resource consulting firm, is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Associate Compensation Consultant to join our team. The Associate Compensation Consultant provid es compensation guidance and strategic support to our small and mid-sized clients. This person must demonstrate strong business acumen and possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a genuine desire to deliver results proactively and consistently for our clients. The Consultant will report to the Director of Compensation and work directly with our clients in developing and executing customized compensation programs. HRG Consultants currently work remotely or onsite (at client sites) several days per week. HRG offers the opportunity to practice HR leadership in a flexible environment that values high quality HR practices, independence, and professional growth. HRG Consultants learn and develop through their work serving as HR leaders for our clients in differing industries and workplaces. Key Responsibilities: The Associate Compensation Consultant supports client organiz ations by assisting in the designing, analy zing, and imple menting of effective compensation programs.
