This position provides Compensation consultation to managers and directors throughout Phoenix Children's. In addition, this position provides analysis of various compensation issues to enable appropriate decision-making. This position assists in the development of job descriptions which are housed in the electronic database and oversees the administration of the system with regard to job descriptions. This position participates in a variety of compensation surveys to include analysis and identification of trends and participates in the development and maintenance of the various salary structures.
