Analyzes salary data, reviews new hire offers, and ensures fair and competitive pay practices for clinical and non-clinical employees. Mentors, coaches and trains entry-level staff on compensation practices and procedures. Assists MHS Compensation team with job architecture to ensure updated job descriptions, job titles and salary grades are aligned to the internal framework.
