We are seeking a talented individual to join our Senior Compensation Consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in Philadelphia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Senior Compensation Consultant IV, you will play a key role in structuring and directing compensation analyses and client deliverables. You will work closely with project teams and senior management to design and implement compensation programs that align with client strategic objectives and support talent attraction and retention. We will count on you to: Structure, direct, review, and interpret analyses performed by project teams. Structure and/or review client deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with client needs. Design financial performance measurement and target-setting systems to support compensation programs. Design short-term incentive programs that reinforce clients’ strategic objectives. Develop broad-based compensation strategies, philosophies, and programs addressing client attraction and retention needs. Provide consulting services to senior management on remuneration issues and broader Human Capital topics. Generate revenue by developing new client relationships and maintaining strong existing relationships, leading to project extensions, cross-selling, and referrals. Act as a brand ambassador for Mercer in the marketplace. Provide guidance and developmental opportunities to team members by delegating appropriately.
