In this role, you will play a critical role in designing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs that support Guardian’s talent, performance, and business strategy. This role requires deep compensation expertise, seasoned judgment, and the ability to solve complex problems independently while partnering closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders. You will act as a trusted advisor, contributing insights that influence pay decisions, program design, and market competitiveness. You are a seasoned compensation professional with in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and programs. You are comfortable working independently with broad direction, applying sound judgment to complex pay issues, and challenging the status quo to improve outcomes. You value collaboration, can translate data into clear insights, and are viewed as a go-to resource by colleagues and stakeholders.
