About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst with deep expertise in People Analytics and Compensation to lead data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, strong analytical and modeling capabilities, and the ability to influence compensation strategy on a global scale. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who combines technical excellence, business acumen, and deep knowledge of global compensation frameworks. This individual will independently drive complex analyses, advise stakeholders, and shape programs that support equitable and competitive talent strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with significant experience in HR, People Analytics, or Compensation.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced modeling, complex formulas, pivot tables, QUERY functions, ARRAYFORMULA, and cross-sheet integrations.
  • Deep understanding of compensation principles, including market pricing, job leveling, pay bands, salary structures, and equity programs.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects, influence stakeholders, and drive strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional data visualization, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and discretion when handling sensitive employee data.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or similar).
  • Experience with AirTable
  • Extensive experience with global compensation practices across multiple regions and currencies.
  • Expertise in pay equity analysis, compensation benchmarking tools, and survey data (e.g., Mercer, Radford, Culpepper).
  • Prior experience in a high-growth or global organization supporting Total Rewards or People Analytics functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced Google Sheets dashboards and models for workforce metrics, compensation benchmarking, and headcount planning.
  • Own and deliver complex analyses across multiple geographic regions, providing strategic insights on global compensation structures, pay equity, and market competitiveness.
  • Drive the annual compensation review process, including salary planning, bonus design, equity refresh cycles, and financial impact modeling.
  • Act as a strategic partner to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and leadership to align compensation strategies with business objectives.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling executive-level insights, recommendations, and presentations.
