RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Compensation Analyst, in collaboration with the Manager of Compensation & HRIS, you will be responsible for the coordination and administration of the Company's data driven compensation programs and pay practices. This role is responsible for all aspects of the company's job descriptions, including but not limited to ensuring consistency within the template, content, competencies, leadership responsibilities, and best practices. Using data driven analytics, the Sr Compensation Analyst will research, develop and recommend solutions to ensure compensation programs are competitive, consistently administered, and compliant with all applicable laws. This role serves as a trusted advisor to HR and operational leaders on compensation and data analytics matters.
