This role plays a critical part in designing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent across our global manufacturing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a compensation professional who enjoys partnering with HR and business leaders, leveraging market data, and driving impactful pay decisions in a complex, fast-paced environment. This role is hybrid and required to be onsite at the headquarters in Irving, TX three days per week.
