Central City Concern is an innovative nonprofit agency providing comprehensive services to single adults and families in the Portland metro area who are impacted by homelessness, poverty and addictions. The historic Henry Building is a six-story building in downtown Portland. The Henry reopened in 2020 after undergoing a seismic rehab. 172 units are single-room occupancy with shared bathroom facilities. There is one Fair Market studio unit. The individual holding this position performs a variety of specialized semi-skilled/skilled cleaning tasks and minor maintenance repairs in support of the Housing Department. This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior of multi-family and residential buildings, attached parking lots, play structures and surrounding grounds. This position also monitors building activities and is an integral member of the property management team.
