Strata-G Solutions, LLC is searching for a talented and experienced Senior CNC Programmer for multi-axis milling and lathe machining centers. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring our company produces quality parts and tools specific to engineering drawings and customer standards. Requirements
- 10+ years of MasterCam programming on complex parts.
- Strong CNC turning experience; manual mill/lathe skills a plus.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools.
- Solid understanding of shop safety and standard equipment.
- Self-starter mindset with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Certificate/diploma in engineering or machine programming.
- Experience with new CNC technologies, barcoding, or RFID systems.
Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and manage CNC machines (3/4/5 axis milling, drilling, and turning).
- Oversee operations, monitor results, and make real-time adjustments.
- Perform daily checks, preventative maintenance, and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to solve production and logistics challenges.
