Requirements

• 10+ years of MasterCam programming on complex parts.
• Strong CNC turning experience; manual mill/lathe skills a plus.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools.
• Solid understanding of shop safety and standard equipment.
• Self-starter mindset with strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Certificate/diploma in engineering or machine programming.
• Experience with new CNC technologies, barcoding, or RFID systems.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and manage CNC machines (3/4/5 axis milling, drilling, and turning).
• Oversee operations, monitor results, and make real-time adjustments.
• Perform daily checks, preventative maintenance, and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to solve production and logistics challenges.
