About The Position

We’re seeking a seasoned Clinical Coding Auditor & Trainer to elevate coding accuracy and compliance across our healthcare network. This role blends audit expertise with hands-on training, ensuring providers and staff deliver consistent, high-quality documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of clinical coding and auditing experience (CPC, CCS, or equivalent certification required)
• Proven track record in training and mentoring coding teams
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and compliance guidelines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed audits of clinical coding for accuracy, compliance, and reimbursement integrity
• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for coding staff and providers
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
• Partner with leadership to implement best practices and maintain regulatory standards
