We are seeking a compassionate, driven, and experienced leader to join our team as Senior Client Service Manager, based in our Chadds Ford office. This is an on-site leadership role (not remote) and a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients, families, caregivers, and team members every day in a fast paced environment. As a manager of managers, you will lead accomplished Client Care Managers, Client Service Managers, and collaborate closely with our Wellness team (RNs/LPNs). You will play a critical role in maintaining client relationships, ensuring appropriate staffing and scheduling, and supporting caregivers—always guided by our “Client First” philosophy.
