About The Position

Within Endava's TMT segment, our core Media, Entertainment & Sports (MES) group leverages Endava's extensive expertise in core sports technology, including data, AI, and large-scale platform technologies. By combining these core capabilities with in-depth industry knowledge and deep relationships, we are seeking a best-in-class Client Partner to focus on strategic capabilities on a global scale.This role is ideal for a strategic specialist with deep expertise and contacts across the sports, media, digital content, and interactive entertainment domains.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise and established network in the sports technology landscape, including platforms that support fan engagement, analytics, media rights distribution, immersive experiences, and data monetization.
  • Meaningful exposure to and/or passion for the Media, Entertainment & Sports sectors, with an ability to translate market dynamics into client value.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect business strategy with technology solutions, including AI, data platforms, digital media ecosystems, and audience-driven experiences.
  • Excellent executive presence and ability to handle high-impact, strategic client engagements across C-Suite and senior stakeholder audiences.
  • Strong understanding - or direct experience - with sports tech verticals such as analytics platforms, fan engagement technologies, smart data applications, digital content distribution, and competitive insight frameworks.
  • Deep expertise and a well-established network within the sports technology ecosystem, including fan engagement platforms, analytics, media and content distribution, immersive experiences, and data monetization.
  • Strong understanding of the Media, Entertainment & Sports sectors, with the ability to translate market dynamics and industry trends into tangible client value.
  • Proven ability to align business strategy with technology solutions, including AI, data platforms, digital media ecosystems, and audience-centric experiences.
  • Extensive experience in client management within IT services or technology consulting, including ownership of complex, high-value accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing client strategies that deliver sustained growth, including a track record of achieving 20%+ revenue growth across a portfolio.
  • Solid commercial acumen with hands-on experience managing account P&L, forecasting, financial targets, and risk.
  • Strong network and insight into the streaming and digital media landscape, including current trends, platforms, and competitive dynamics.
  • Executive-level presence with the ability to lead high-impact, strategic engagements across C-suite and senior stakeholder audiences.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with a collaborative and influential style.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex ideas to senior audiences.
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Experience driving organizational transformation and change, working effectively across multiple teams and levels of an organization.
  • Strong project and priority-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with emerging industry and technology trends.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic trusted advisor to global clients — including leagues, teams, media rights holders, brand partners, leagues, and platforms — to shape digital transformation and growth strategies rooted in sports technology and entertainment innovation.
  • Analyze and interpret sports and digital media market trends, competitive landscapes, emerging technologies (including AI, real-time fan engagement platforms, analytics, and gamification), and evolving business models — bringing key insights back to clients to enhance strategic decision-making.
  • Lead senior-level conversations around technology adoption, media planning, fan personalization, data strategies, immersive experiences, and content monetization — instilling confidence and credibility across client stakeholders.
  • Leverage Endava's unique data and cultural intelligence tools to deliver clear, actionable strategic recommendations that drive client impact and competitive differentiation.
  • Drive opportunities around real-time gamification, personalization of fan experiences, predictive analytics, AI-driven performance insights, and next-generation digital platforms that align with modern sports technology innovation.
  • Partner closely with internal delivery, technology, and product teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of strategic initiatives.
