Verizon’s Consumer Wholesale organization plays a crucial role in how Verizon presents itself in the marketplace, enabling additional revenue streams and subscriber growth through consumer-focused MVNO distribution channels. This role is responsible for the end-to-end success of 2-3 premier reseller accounts, including the delivery of strategic executive readout s to ensure alignment on key performance milestones and growth targets . What you’ll be doing… As a Senior Client Partner, Channel Management, you will e ngage with tier 2 strategic channel partners on a day-to-day basis and execute plans to achieve revenue targets and objectives. Deliver on channel development goals and lead commercial engagements with your resellers, manage SoW intake, work order process, and contract execution Develop and manage both executive and working-level relationships internally and externally Work with channel management leaders to engage the broader team members within the Wholesale organization's Product, Operations, and Platform teams, as well as external supporting organizations' teams (Legal, Finance, Revenue Assurance) on customer issues, procurement, troubleshooting, change requests, and process improvements. Ensure that both the customer and Verizon are meeting all contractual obligations. Manage external client channel communications at the executive and working levels Provide input on any escalations to senior management on critical issues/risks/decision points, and management of these elements on an ongoing basis Qualify customer strategic business requirements, negotiate contracts, exhibit strong financial management, and ROI skills Interact with external customers and internal organizations to provide input to product marketing and development Control expenses to meet budget guidelines and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes Where you’ll be working… In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
  • You thrive in a sales environment and are excited by sharing your energy and passion.
  • You help to motivate internal and external stakeholders in a professional capacity while identifying and escalating potential opportunities from a results perspective.
  • You’re open to new ideas and utilize reporting and analyses to make critical decisions.

Responsibilities
