Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • 1+ years supervisory experience.
  • Appropriate licensing as required
  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.
  • Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Works in a self-directed manner.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Solid financial acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a diverse portfolio of mid-to-large-sized accounts, ensuring flawless execution of financial and insurance solutions.
  • Lead renewal processes and open enrollment activities with outstanding precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on self-funded group plans and other complex financial products, applying your proven expertise to deliver efficient outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with a dedicated Client Associate to ensure the seamless management of client needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and positioning Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. as their preferred partner.
  • Successfully implement new client initiatives and programs, adhering strictly to company protocols and industry standards.
  • Find opportunities for account growth and cross-selling, using your ambitious spirit to drive business expansion.
  • Identify and resolve any emerging issues with a proactive approach, ensuring the utmost client happiness.
