About The Position

Argano is recruiting a National Sales Executive to expand our presence across the Life Sciences sector—including pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, and regulated manufacturing. This role is responsible for driving enterprise transformation opportunities aligned to Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM/PLM/EPM and Quality/Compliance needs within GxP environments. This position requires sophistication, discipline, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements while selling value, speed, and Argano’s specialized domain expertise.

Requirements

  • 7+ years enterprise software or consulting sales experience, preferably in Life Sciences.
  • Strong familiarity with GxP, FDA/EMA regulations, validation requirements, and quality systems.
  • Experience selling into pharma, biotech, med device, or regulated manufacturing organizations.
  • Demonstrated new logo acquisition performance with $2M–$5M+ quota.
  • Proven track record in building relationships with software vendors (ideally Oracle).
  • High intellectual horsepower and the ability to simplify complex compliance topics.
  • Demonstrated ability to create strategic value and establish urgency within complex organizations.
  • Competitive, self-driven, articulate, and disciplined.
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to meet and exceed targets. Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Own the national Life Sciences territory with full responsibility for pipeline, territory strategy, and quota attainment.
  • Drive meaningful alignment with Oracle Life Sciences and Regulated Manufacturing field teams.
  • Build executive relationships with CFO, CIO, COO, Heads of Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations.
  • Identify customer pains tied to FDA regulations, validation requirements, serialization, traceability, quality events, CAPA, and PLM.
  • Position Argano as the partner that reduces risk, accelerates compliance, and brings deep expertise in digital transformation for regulated environments.
  • Develop compelling industry-specific value propositions for Oracle Cloud transformations and adjacent projects (S&OP, data strategy, analytics, LIMS integrations).
  • Lead pursuit cycles, shape winning strategies, and collaborate tightly with Delivery, Solution Architects, and Oracle SMEs.
  • Maintain forecasting accuracy and CRM hygiene.
  • Attend industry events (e.g., ISPE, PDA, BIO) and represent Argano’s Life Sciences capabilities.
  • Uphold a culture of discipline, consistency, and results.
