Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in creating engineering circuit layout diagrams
Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital and analog circuit design and implementation
Minimum 5 years’ experience in analysis testing and troubleshooting circuits
Minimum 5 years’ experience with help desk support and operation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field
Must possess a Top Secret/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex network circuits to meet performance and reliability requirements.
Knowledge of DOD network and system security requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
Conduct in-depth analysis of network performance metrics and implement optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reliability.
Knowledge of networking and network-based software applications in a DOD IT environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive network solutions that align with organizational objectives.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends in circuit engineering and network infrastructure to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.
Participate in incident response and troubleshooting activities to resolve complex network issues in a timely manner.
Knowledge of IP and optical network operation.
Utilization of monitoring tools to provide both reactive and proactive support for the client network and systems infrastructure
Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Information Management Operations and with ITSM best practices.
Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management
