About The Position
Responsibilities Lead IT portfolio management and governance initiatives Advise CIO leadership on enterprise architecture and strategic planning Oversee compliance with federal IT frameworks (FITARA, FISMA, UAF) Manage financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking Lead data-driven decision-making efforts using analytics tools Coordinate high-level stakeholder engagement across government and industry Guide project execution and governance across multiple programs
Requirements
- Extensive experience in IT portfolio management, enterprise architecture, and IT governance
- Deep knowledge of FITARA, FISMA, UAF, and federal IT policies
- Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities
- Expertise in project management, financial oversight, and data analytics
- Excellent communication and executive-level briefing skills
Nice To Haves
- PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or equivalent certifications
- Advanced experience with MS Project, ServiceNow, Power BI, and SharePoint
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes (FAR, NAM)
