About The Position

FabFitFun is seeking a Senior Channel Manager to own and grow our TikTok Shop business end-to-end and lead the charge as we expand aggressively into social commerce. This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage a channel from the sidelines. We're looking for someone who lives on TikTok, understands how live commerce works, knows how to recruit and manage creators, and can turn a product drop into a sales event. You'll own the full funnel - from product selection and creator partnerships to livestream execution and performance reporting and work closely with our Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure we're always showing up on TikTok in ways that drive both revenue and brand love. Location: This role is based out of our HQ in Beverly Hills, CA and is not eligible for remote. We are presently operating from a hybrid schedule of 4 days a week in-office (Monday-Thursday).

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in social commerce, influencer marketing, or eCommerce with direct, hands-on TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred
  • A deep understanding of how TikTok’s algorithm, affiliate program, and Shop features work in practice
  • Experience managing creator or affiliate relationships at scale - you know how to recruit, brief, and hold creators accountable
  • Comfort running or overseeing livestream commerce - you understand pacing, product presentation, audience engagement, and what makes live selling convert
  • Strong analytical skills - you can read a dashboard, identify what’s working, and make fast decisions based on data
  • A scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset - you’re comfortable with ambiguity and can build structure where there isn’t any
  • Excellent communication and project management skills - you’re juggling creators, internal teams, and platform reps simultaneously
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the FabFitFun brand and our categories (beauty, fashion, wellness, home)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at a DTC, subscription, or beauty/wellness brand
  • Existing relationships with influencers, TikTok creators, or agencies in our categories
  • Familiarity with TikTok’s ad platform (Spark Ads, TikTok Ads Manager)
  • Background in live selling or home shopping formats

Responsibilities

  • Own the TikTok Shop channel strategy and P&L - hitting revenue and gross margin targets, managing marketing spend – driving overall performance through the entire funnel: traffic, conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase
  • Collaborate with Merchandising to identify and launch products that are right for TikTok’s audience and sales format
  • Work with Creative and Social teams to develop content that converts - shoppable videos, creator briefs, and product demos
  • Build and manage a roster of influencers, affiliate creators, and brand partners who can authentically drive sales through TikTok Shop and other social channels
  • Manage creator relationships from outreach and onboarding through campaign execution and payment
  • Plan and execute TikTok livestream events - coordinating hosts, product selection, scheduling, and real-time engagement via the buildout of a highly efficient and effective live selling process.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless fulfillment and post-purchase experience for TikTok buyers
  • Monitor TikTok Shop trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes to keep our strategy sharp
  • Stay current on TikTok platform updates, new commerce features, and beta opportunities
