The role of the Senior Change Manager is to provide senior and strategic OCM/OD practitioner expertise, to proactively support the business prepare for, deliver and adopt a wide variety of change activity and initiatives, with a laser sharp focus on human behavior and the people impact of change. The role will also directly support the US Change Leader, in strategically managing levels of concurrent change across the business overall. As senior member of the Change Team the role provides an important bridge across multiple business areas, acting as a partner to the business to help them better understand the broader change landscape, and how to effectively design, deliver and embed change by maximizing business buy-in, minimizing risks and achieving sustained outcomes.
