What you will be doing: Plan, coordinate and execute change initiatives across business processes, systems and technologies. Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations; facilitate train-the-trainer sessions. Develop engaging training content and structured learning paths. Deliver training and performance support across modalities. Write and maintain SOPs, process flows, procedures and job aids; manage knowledge base. Manage intake of change requests; communicate timelines and updates. Track adoption metrics and prepare leadership readouts. Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating multimedia training tools.
  • Experience developing SOPs and process flows.
  • Detail-oriented with continuous improvement mindset.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • 2+ years' experience developing training content.
  • 2+ years supporting change initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Experience with OCM frameworks.
  • Experience using dashboards or analytics tools.
