Responsibilities

Drive catering sales growth by cultivating new business and nurturing existing relationships.
Partner with clients to design custom menus, event layouts, and memorable guest experiences.
Oversee seamless coordination between culinary, operations, and service teams from proposal to execution.
Serve as the on-site point of contact during events, ensuring seamless execution by coordinating with culinary, service, and client stakeholders from load-in through breakdown.
Lead and inspire a core team while managing and scheduling on-call team members during large-scale events.
Ensure budgets, contracts, and service standards align with the highest levels of hospitality.
