About The Position

As a Senior Catering Manager at JPMC Global Headquarters, you play a critical role in delivering high‑volume, high-end events, including premium plated dinners. This position oversees all aspects of event execution—communication, planning, logistics, setup, service, breakdown, and accurate invoicing. This is a Monday–Friday role with required evening availability. Shift times vary based on business needs and typically fall between 11:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of food service experience, including 1 year in a leadership role.
Prior catering experience required.
Strong knowledge of food and catering trends, including quality, production, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer skills.

Nice To Haves

EMS experience preferred.
ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all catering events from planning through execution.
Coordinate event logistics while ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational excellence.
Partner closely with management to align on food, staffing, and facility requirements.
Hire, train, and develop associates in service techniques and event standards.
Support cost control initiatives and operational efficiency in alignment with client and company budgets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
