About The Position

As a Senior Cash Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing cash management activities, optimizing liquidity, and ensuring effective financial operations within the Aerospace business. Your expertise will drive improved cash flow management and financial performance, contributing to the overall success of our organization. You will report directly to our Regional Treasurer Americas and you'll work out of our New York or Charlotte location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the financial health of Honeywell's Aerospace business by implementing effective cash management strategies and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your leadership will enhance the company's ability to manage cash resources efficiently and support strategic initiatives. Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in cash management or treasury operations, with demonstrated progression in responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of cash forecasting, liquidity management, and financial risk assessment.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective cash management strategies that enhance financial performance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial analysis tools.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee cash management operations, including cash forecasting, liquidity management, and investment strategies.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risks.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls and external regulations.
  • Leverage treasury management systems to enhance cash management efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of cash management strategies with business objectives.
  • Continually evaluate the effectiveness of operational procedures and controls to maximize departmental productivity and minimize errors made by staff.
