Requirements

Prior experience in accounting and captive insurance management
Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize multiple data sources into actionable insights
Excellent organizational, time management, and planning abilities to manage competing priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and collaborative approach
Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work proactively with minimal supervision
Demonstrated integrity, high standards, and strong work ethic
Flexibility and adaptability to evolving client and business needs
Ability to work remotely from South Carolina or Tennessee

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver timely and accurate financial statements for a portfolio of captive clients
Ensure regulatory reporting is completed in accordance with applicable requirements
Communicate effectively with clients and service providers to maintain regulatory compliance and address inquiries
Manage multiple client deadlines, prioritizing tasks to deliver consistent and high-quality results
Collaborate with internal teams and accept direction to support portfolio performance and continuous improvement
Identify inconsistencies and errors, providing proactive solutions to maintain accuracy and reliability
